Instructions for Use
Button Operation on the Insole
1. Before inserting the insole, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator light will illuminate; a red light indicates high temperature.
2. Press again; the LED light will illuminate blue, indicating medium temperature.
3. Press again; the LED light will illuminate green, indicating low temperature. Repeatedly press the buttons to cycle through the red, blue, and green lights to adjust the temperature to high, medium, or low. Press and hold for three seconds to turn off.
